Antigua subestación eléctrica para el suministro de energía a un tren "blooming" de laminación acondicionada en la actualidad como Centro de Desarrollo Empresarial. El proyecto de rehabilitación del edificio trata de integrar las viejas instalaciones en la nueva distribución. Los módulos empresariales se asoman al espacio central en el cual aun se conservan transformadores, puente-grúa y cuadros eléctricos. Su fachada se mantienen íntegramente. Sigue siendo un "edificio de carácter monumental, con esqueleto íntegro de hormigón, con ligeros muros de ladrillo rasgados por amplios vanos acristalados y una fachada rematada con frontón triangular, de claras reminiscencias clásicas".
