[Datos Básicos] Welland Brownfield Strategy. Plan de mejora Autora: City of Welland El 01.05.2007, el Ayuntamiento adoptó el "City’s Brownfield Community Improvement Plan" y respaldó el “City’s Brownfield Redevelopment Strategy”. El documento aprobado es ambicioso, tanto es así que postula que "hará que otros municipios tomen a Welland como referencia de sostenibilidad".
